Mary Ritter on Brain Waste

Mary Ritter was recently invited to speak on the VeloCITY podcast.

Born and raised in Oshawa, Mary K. Ritter is a Professor in the School of Professional Studies at New York University and a co-founder of NYU’s Collaborative for New Immigrant Education. In the episode, she discussed what it takes to help solve some of the language gaps between newcomers and prospective employers/collaborators.
